Courtesy of 12bottlebar.com, it was the garnish that caught my
attention rather than the recipe.
Basically a Genever Sour with a touch of heat from the Cayenne. I figured, this being Halloween, why not.
2 oz Bols
Genever
0.75 oz Simple
syrup
0.75 oz Lemon
Juice
Pinch of
Cayenne Pepper
Add all
ingredients to a mixing glass
Shake with ice
and strain into a coupe
Sprinkle
cayenne over the top
Enjoy making this...and if you're struggling to find a nice
shaving blade to garnish it with, any strand of barb wire or even a rusty
Stanley Knife blade will suffice.
Needless to say, we aren't actually recommending you do this...
